DEQ seeks public comment on T1 permit renewal and permit to construct modification for Northwest Pipeline

TOPAZ — The Idaho Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) is seeking public comment on a draft air quality T1 permit renewal and permit to construct (PTC) modification for Northwest Pipeline LLC in Topaz, Idaho.

This approval would renew Northwest Pipeline's previous T1 permit and modify the previous permit to construct  by removing one solar turbine.

The deadline for submitting written comments addressing air quality considerations is December 19, 2019, at 5 p.m. MDT. A public hearing may be held if requested in writing by December 5, 2019.

The permit applications, draft permits, and related documents are available for review on DEQ’s website (download at right).
