Accepting Comments from September 14, 2020 to October 5, 2020

This action would authorize the city of Nampa to discharge sediment, nutrients (nitrogen and phosphorus), heat, chlorides, metals, petroleum, hydrocarbons, microbial pollution (Escherichia coli), and organic chemicals (pesticides and industrial chemicals) into the the Lower Boise Watershed (Indian Creek, Mason Creek, and Boise River). The permittee must define and implement at least two activities designed to reduce impairment pollutants.
