Accepting Comments from August 31, 2020 to September 30, 2020

MOSCOW — The Idaho Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) seeks comment on the proposed termination of the University of Idaho’s (U of I) Aquaculture Research Laboratory’s Idaho Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (IPDES) permit ID0027154.

The university submitted a notice of intent to terminate discharge on June 30, 2020, for the Aquaculture Laboratory, located at 1108 West Sixth St. in Moscow, Idaho. The proposed permit termination acknowledges the removal of wastewater discharge to Paradise Creek and the rerouting to the U of I reuse facility.
